The tank bra tops eventually came and seemed to be made well. They were too small however. I don't particularly like the design, with padding across the bust area, so I don't want another size. Customer service has been great thus far.

It was very easy and simple and I love how inexpensive they are. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I love the way the material feels against your skin so comfortable

Weeks of waiting, then contact customer service. The one they sent out came in a matter of days. Didn't fit, sizes run small they said, hmmmmmmm didn't put that on their website. Now, in order to return it I have to take a video and pictures and pay to return it. Stuff it I will toss it in the garbage before I jump through these hoops. This is a crappy company.

My experience with this company’s customer service was good, the first product received was too small so be sure to size it up when you order. My product was replaced as ordered in a larger size. The tank bras are well made. I will need to reorder with a pocket as I have a prosthesis but im confidant in the product.

My mom ordered a product from here to help her feel more confident in her shape and clothing after a double mastectomy. She wasn't happy with the fit, and the lengths they've made her go to to get a refund are ridiculous. She's had multiple touch points with their customer support team, including having to send photographs of the item and pay her own shipping cost to send it back because she wasn't willing to leave a fake 5-star review saying she was happy with the product. She is still waiting for her refund. Women who have battled cancer and gone through intensive treatments deserve service that makes life easier, not harder for them. This company is really disappointing and should focus on providing better support not just in their physical products but also in the way they treat their customers. I would not only not recommend them, I'd caution anyone against ordering from them.

Like many others who have reviewed these items, I am in the process of exchanging for a larger size. The sizing description on the site when ordering is obviously not clear. The exchange process is complicated and time-consuming. BUT the products are well made, and I'm sure the larger size will be just what I'm interested in getting.
