The product I received does not match the advertisement at all. They offer a 30% refund, but the refund never arrives. SCAMMERS!

Item arrived damaged - I sent them pictures on the day it came and they said they would send a replacement. When it didn’t come I emailed and they said they would “look into it”. When I never heard back I emailed again and repeated got the same response “the window for making a claim has passed”. Clearly they never intended to replace the item.

The metal chopping board product was not as described and was damaged, as was the packaging. It was nothing like what was being marketed. Dreadful!

Chopping board is tiny compared to video and really thin unlike the video waste of money

The advertisement show a large (looks like 1/2inch diameter) stick. The specs listed below show the product to be 0.079 inches (approx. 1/12 inches). Nobody can make such a mistake between the actual diameter and the video.

Cheap, nasty product which doesn't work at all. Their customer services do not offer free returns, knowing that the cost to return an item via tracked delivery will cost more than half of what the useless item is worth.
