I have not received funds yet

Avio treated me well. So far, no issues with my payments and personal information. Customer service was helpful and nice. Had my loan payment the next day. However, their interest rates of the loan is super high, which takes longer to pay off. Also, I had issues where avio was not updating my on time payments to the credit companies when they started transitioning to reporting the loans to my credit history/report since 2020. Made couple of disputes to the credit companies to have my loan balance and payments updated. They not up to date in reporting your payments and loans to the credit companies which is effecting my credit score.

First payment due too soon. Within a week is pretty fast.

I was pleased with the way talked to me and took time to explain to so I would know what to expect

It was good just seem to be delayed in getting the loan processed and asking for additional things after i have all ready been pre approved

Payements are extremely high every two weeks. Overall applying was easy and fast

I called customer service because I wanted to change my bank account information. I have 2 separate accounts one to pay bills and the other for personal things. The rep said they’ll email me a form to update it, but I haven’t received a form in my email...

I would have rated a 5 if it weren’t for the exorbitant interest rates. That’s a way for companies to take advantage of those in need. The process was very simple and expedited!
