It was super easy to get this loan with only fair credit. I was super thankful for the amount they loaned me as we were going through a rough patch. The payments were low so it made it easier to pay extra when I could. We had to pay twice a month, so with every paycheck which I didn't have a problem with. My problem didn't start till I had issues logging in. I would never get the security code sent to my email that is REQUIRED to log in to your account EVERY time. It turned into a hassle. I sent several emails after never being able to reach someone on the number provided on the website. And then the big issue I ended up with is not being able to switch bank accounts to pay my bill when I switched banks. I still have not been able to do so. If you call the number with-in the business hours Monday-Friday no matter what time you call, they are closed. No one responds to your emails. You can't switch bank accounts without calling customer service. So how am I supposed to pay my bill? So now I'm sure it's going to be reported on my credit and that was the last thing I needed. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! It might be super easy to get, but don't count on getting any help when you need it!

Surprised no one mentions the 400 %loans? I thought it was 40% now on the hook for $16,000 on $4,000 loan . Pretty much usury. Not legal in most states . My dumbness.

Consumer beware. Read the loan documents very carefully as the interest rates are obscenely high for their loans. Their contracts are easy to read and understand, which is nice. But, unless you plan to pay off the loan within a few months of receiving the funds, you are better off without a loan from a high interest rate loan such as the ones offered by this institution. Additionally, they do not respond very quickly to questions via their website electronic customer service portal. Best to call them directly. I give 2 stars because: pros: the loan acceptance process is easy and very fast (just triple check your banking information - if entered incorrectly it becomes a fiasco). Cons: slow electronic customer service, very high interest rates, very limited dashboard data, and if you want to understand where your money is going every 2 weeks when the payment is due you have to do the calculations yourself (as they only provide annual and total in your contract) very little of the payment goes to principal if paying the minimum payment (which is very common for high interest loans) and frequency of payments is a lot (again unless you pay it off within 2-3 months)

I had to apply for this loan twice. The rep I spoke ti initially did not know what routing number to ask for. She asked me for my wire transfer routing number (wire transfer), when she should have asked for my direct deposit routing number (ACH). She did not know the difference. Consequently, my credit report had to be pulled twice. Bigger banks have 2 sets of routing numbers . . one for an actual wire transfer, and the other for direct deposits. You guys need to educate your reps.

The process of filling out the forms is simple enough, but I wasn't able to get the funds , they were deposited in a wrong account. My mistake? I'm pretty sure I did fill out the form correct, but when inquiring about it the personnel were rude. Now if I need the funds I need to wait a few days. I don't know if is worth the aggravation. there are more lenders.

They give installment loans to people with less than perfect credit. I got a loan from them when I made my first payment my loan amount went down and when I made my second payment my loan was back up like I never made any payments at all so I called them and they said some go to the loan and some goes to the principle. So I told her so the more payments I make the more my principal is.i don't think it's fair because you are trying to build your credit with this loan. By the time the loan is paid off. You will have paid twice as much as you originally took out. So unethical.
