It was a pretty easy application. Thank you.

Fast, friendly and very efficient

They was there when I needed them

Okay loan lender, but don’t ask about reapplying for more funds because the application will not approved for additional money.

Friendly and helpful

My overall experience with the Avio Credit was a good one. The process was very easy and didn't take very long. I loved the completly online nature of my loan, and the money was in my account in about 12 hours. The only thing I wish I could see change in the near future (so I could utilize it) is a refinance option. In my case, after I secured my initial loan, and made my first loan payment, the next day my home a/c quit! Texas sucks in June, so I looked for an option to refi my $1000 loan to $1500 for a/c repairs. I found no online option. Im sure a call to customer service would answer my question as to the possibility, but that would ruin the complete online experience for me. When you have talked to as many people as I have in my life, any call to customer service sucks. No matter how good the company or how pleasant the representative, its not for me. It definitely would have been a great option, ans tje only issue that kept me from a 5 star rating.

Easy breezy loan ever obtained. Staff very knowledgeable and courteous. Have passed my experience on to family and friends. Thank you Avio Credit.
