Terrible service
Bought a reading pillow from the kiosk in Lakeside shopping centre and its great, the service however was terrible from start to finish. Spoke to the worker in the morning and was told they have the pillow in stock at the kiosk, when I came back that afternoon was told by the same worker that they never keep them in stock there but can have them delivered next day to my home, having stock was a pointless lie but it wasn't a big issue so I placed an order for next day delivery. Despite giving my address the item was sent to a collection shop two days later with a text from the courier service to inform me. Wouldn't use these again, can get a similar item for a similar price with less lying and run around from John Lewis.
