I ordered a crown for my wedding, and realized it wasn't a petite, so I reached out right away, and I was replied to right away that they'd ship the petite one. I also needed it pretty quickly for the wedding, and they also obliged to my request! I am happy for the speedy and friendly customer service! As for the crown itself, while at first I thought it a bit pricey, I appreciate the durability of the metal. Even though I ordered a petite, it still seemed a bit big for my head. It took some adjusting to get it to fit and stay properly. Thankfully, I had my friend help me on wedding day! Looking forward to wearing it again and trying it on my own. Thanks!

Great product! I can’t recommend the crowns enough.

Terrible approach to customer service, terrible product. I ordered a crown and it was gigantic. Like 2” of extra material digging into my temples on each side. I wear normal size baseball caps. My head is not small at all, in fact it’s often bigger than the average head. They said they only do exchanges. I talked to them about exchanging for a petite crown, which they said they would do when they received my item. But oh surprise, my credit is substantially less than half of when I purchased the crown and pin bundle ($36/86). They charged me for the return postage and will charge me again for the exchange . I’m not even sure if the petite crown will fit me since there are no dimensions offered. It’s shown on the head of a small child, which is not the size of my head at all. Now I’m supposed to spend an extra $30 to “exchange” for the petite crown. It may not fit either. Way overpriced items. The metal is not even real gold. I work with high noble gold every day. These products are incredibly flimsy. I have a dremel and a drill. I even have a soldering kit. If I would have known they were just trying to milk me for more money I would have kept the terribly crafted huge crown and melted it into something much prettier and useful.

I visited the NYC location and Annabel was so kind and helpful. She took the time to show me how to use the hairpin I was buying with 3 different style options. She let my friend film her as she did the styling so I could go home and practice. Also, I have curly hair but it is very fine and other decorative hair accessories I've bought usually end up falling out because they are either too heavy or too flimsy to actually hold my hair up. This pin stays in all day and doesn't hurt at all. They are an investment, but one that is worth it.

This business does not have a clearly stated policy on refunds and exchanges. I was sent a poorly made headband that has sharp edges that dig into my temples. The workmanship on the plating is also sub-par and not the quality I expected from a piece at this price-point. When I asked for a refund, I was told that they only offer exchanges. This is a policy that is in conflict with consumer protection laws. I am sorely disappointed by not only the product, but their refusal to budge on their store policy.
