I previously wrote a positive review for this company but Over the last couple of months the withdrawal process has been awful. Inconsistent withdrawal times and when you talk with their support you only receive copy and paste answers which don’t help
There is even a “Rush” button to press when you’ve been waiting over 24 hours but this doesn’t appear to have any effect
Whilst I have previously made successful withdrawals, something appears to have changed

They cheat
They cheat. I withdrew $7 and I did give the wrong PayPal address. However they took it back and never gave it back to me. They cheat on spin coins. The monogamies often double so yinstead of watching 4 videos you have to watch 8 but only get 4 prizes however Avia collects money from ads they owe me money and they are de work e and fo not care about others.

Solitaire Clash is rigged and scams its players. I encountered multiple games with entry fees of $7 or more where the results appeared predetermined, with historical playthrough consistently posting unbeatable scores,leaving legitimate paying players with no realistic chance of winning. They claim it’s skills based but when there are multiple games over $7 with the same result one person gets 7k the rest are less than 2k - it’s not skill- it’s the computer winning.
I reported these games to customer support, but instead of addressing my concerns, I was repeatedly gaslighted. When I asked for proof that the winning scores were achieved by legitimate players, I was told they could not provide any evidence because that information was "internal." Their refusal to verify the legitimacy of these results only reinforced my concerns about the fairness of the platform.
Here is the gaslighting from support
“Regarding your request for video recordings or other proof, I’m afraid Customer Support is not able to provide internal gameplay recordings, opponent gameplay, or other internal system records. We also cannot disclose information that could affect the privacy of other players or the integrity of our systems”
To clarify I am not asking for personal information on players- I am asking to see legitimate proof that these games are not bots.
I am beyond disgusted by the complete lack of transparency and the utter disregard for customers. Rather than providing honest answers or taking responsibility, the response took days and were dismissive and felt like blatant gaslighting. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority. Based on my experience, this business feels designed to take customers' money without delivering the honesty or accountability they deserve.
When I requested a full refund for games that were demonstrably not skill-based, my request was denied through the use of generic, scripted responses rather than a substantive review of the facts presented and with zero transparency or documented proof.
I would not recommend it to anyone- delete it and run.
