I never received my mini refrigerator. In May I ordered offline and when I paid several withdraws were made. Different names same amount. I quickly canceled with Avesay and had to report to my bank. I had close my account at the bank for the amount to stop being withdrawn by scammers.Then Avesay sent me a shipping number and tracking site. I received a plastic rain poncho. I kept emailing Avesay. I disputed with my bank but every time I disputed it Avesay would contact me and my bank stating they sent me the correct product out and when that never came. I again tried to dispute with my bank. Then Avesay stated they were going to refund some of my money back.. when I kept on with the dispute they stated they were going to refund the full amount in 3 to 5 business days. I never received a refund. It is now almost 6 months now and still disputing with Avesay and my bank.

This website should be removed from the market since I experienced no response, no delivery, and no customer service. I ordered one item on August 14, 2022, and it said it would take 10-20 days to ship. However, I didn't receive the item until one more than a month. Finally, I tracked the item delivered, however, I received something different even not a product, and it seems a joke. I tried to communicate with the seller during the shipping process. I never heard from anyone. I tried to call but no one answered. I checked the address of the office, it seems not right. In the end, I had to make a claim with my bank card which I paid for the purchase. I requested a refund. Please don't waste your time. They hold your money and didn't deliver the item you ordered.

I placed an order for a standing rollator on 6/4/22. Approximately a month later I received an oven mitt. I have every email dealing with this company. I was given a website to track the order but they didn't tell me how to get the verification number. When I finally got to the tracking, the package was attempted delivery on 9/12. It was returned to sender on 9/16. Don't trust Avesay.

Agree with all the reviews that state this company to be not good. Problem is I believe they are in China so I suspect Chinese authorities would have to go after them and how likely is that? Their advertised prices fall under the category, "if it sounds too good to be true, then buyer beware".

Zero start would be the best option. I never received my item. They are fake.

This website is a scam. I bought a $60.85 cat treadmill. Never received it. They gave me fake tracking numbers with fake tracking website to track the package with. They wouldn't give me a refund either. Please Don't buy anything from here.

Do not shop here they will send you the wrong item then say they will send you the right item and never send it then you will never get your money back worst experience shopping ever at this place I am lawyering up now to get my money back

ALERT--- scam & illegal... can't believe our govt. hasn't shut down this operation.... just cost me $80 for a $2 kids scarf
