My experience with the website has been a bit challenging, taken way more time to design my stickers than I wanted to spend, but ultimately everything turned out as expected. My experience with customer service has been mostly positive, but one time I had a snarky representative that left me wanting to use a different company. I was given a small compensation for my differences, and I felt that made my experience more acceptable.

The customer service team has been excellent. I've placed some very large orders, and the team has been super proactive. They reach out if a delay occurs, and they've always met their updated ship dates. The products have always arrived in perfect condition. We use the labels on retail medical devices, where "stickiness" matters, and I've never had any issues with adhesion.
