Avery Products CorporationReviews of avery.com

We've been ordering Avery labels for our small business for a couple of years now. We make small batch body care products and their waterproof white vinyl labels are great for our body butters and body washes. They don't run or smear even when used in the shower. They allow our products to look very professional (if we do say so ourselves :)).

I frequently use their online templates to customize our materials. We are able to put our branding on various items and it's streamlined much of my workload. Because the templates are saved, it reduces possibility for human error and also maintains continuity for our informational and marketing materials. Only once have I needed something so specific I couldn't locate it on the website, but after chatting with an agent they immediately located the exact item I needed. Avery is an important partner for my daily business needs.

I have had superior help in ordered products from your company. I have received products that were incorrectly sent and your office handled the matter immediately and provided the required product efficiently and timely. I also had to cancel an order and your office required cancellation notification and handled it without further issues. It's an easy company to work with not like most companies I work with on a daily basis. Good job.

So far so good! I've been using Avery labels and business cards for a few years now and have had 0 problems with them getting the job I needed done. Easy breezy from start to finished product. I also use their IPrint option. It's faster if I want to make a change and have the new labels on the spot. I highly recommend Avery for all of your needs in labels and business cards.

Avery has great products, wonderful fulfillment, reasonable prices, and in the rare times there have been issues, they've always made it right! Great customer service. I think they could improve the design side a bit, but, our labels always look professional.

I operate a small business and have used Avery print at home labels option for AT LEAST 3 years now and the printing has been PERFECT. HOWEVER, over the past few months, the print at home option has been ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE and frustrating. 1st-The website is EXTREMELY glitchy now regardless as to which browser I use. It's not saving NOR printing the actual updates that I save in my account. 2nd-The alignment of the image has been WAY off in comparison to the designated template that I've chosen REGARDLESS of printer settings or account settings which is EXTREMELY costly and causing me to find more expensive options to complete my lable printing projects. I don't know what's changed over the last 3-4 months with Avery but it's definitely causing the website to become NON-user friendly. Hopefully this review will prompt their tech team to run a diagnostic of some kind to see what the bug maybe and fix it. Until then, I'll have to investigate using a more cost effective, user friendly alternative 🙄🤷🏾‍♀️. In regards to your response, as I've previously stated, I've used Avery labels with this SAME printer for approximately THREE years now so if the following were an issue with my printer, "When it comes to printing at home we do have a number of settings that we recommend checking. We suggest checking that the Scale is set to 100% or Actual Size is selected on the printer dialog. Also, selecting a thicker paper type such as Label or Heavyweight and a Best Quality setting can help the printer with feeding the label sheet." I would have this printing issue way before now. I will call the number that has been provided within the response to speak with someone in hopes to resolve this matter. Thank you.

Easy to order. Purchased alot of products for my company. Never a problem.

I like being able to create & design my own cards, invitations, labels, etc.
