Website easy to use and I always love my clothes from Avenue!!!

To whom it may concern… I’m so upset and disappointed with the purchase and quality of my underwear I purchased. I have already had to throw away 3 pairs do to them ripping. Coming undone after wearing them and washing them. Years back when I use to go into the stores to buy my panties they were made better quality. Now they are so cheaply made, materials are very then to my finger nail makes a hole. The fit of the underwear are not even made right I had to buy the next size up and then it’s to big. I’m so disappointed and my money has been wasted. I will not purchase from you guys anymore.

Why does the bra SQUEAK every time I move??? Like, REALLY loud!!! I was in a work meeting - every time I moved my arms or wrote or breathed a little too heavy, SQUEAK! My co-workers asked if I had a mouse in there! I am assuming it is the fabric rubbing the metal underwire, but holy smokes, is it loud!!!

High quality, stylish clothes, reasonably priced, delivered in a timely manner--what's not to like? I especially like being able to return items to the return bar at Ulta!

I ordered a lot of items and kept most of them. Returns were easy and I had very few complaints about what I received. Products were well packaged and the quality of most items was as good or better than expected. Prices were competitive or better. I would take more gambles on Final Sale items if they were returnable, but I understand why they're not. I'm very happy with my wardrobe refresh.
