If I could give this company 0 stars I would. My son went home on a ventilator Dec 23rd and we still have not received all of his medical supplies. Some I have to buy on my own. Others I have had to go to the hospital as ask for supplies. The reason he ended up in the hospital and on a ventilator is because Aveanna did not get him his medical supplies or change the settings on his equipment as directed repeatedly by his doctors office. I wasn't sure who was at fault at the time but now, since we have come home it is clear the problem lies with Aveanna. The representative that I have been working with does not do what she says. Upper management has contacted me twice and promised that the supplies would be delivered and still there were more delays. Overall I have been left with the feeling that this company does not care about the health of their patients, do not pay attention to details, are disorganized and do not follow through. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR SERVICES WITH THIS COMPANY.

I have been with them for nearly a year. They were referred to me by TriWest via the VA. Their biggest fault is they are not able to properly communicate with their clients, let alone their employees. Another fault is the employees. They have been given a list of things to do to assist. So they do as little as they can then sit on their butts for the rest of the time they are here. When employees go on vacation or intend to leave the company permanently, the client is not notified until the day it is effective, leaving the client to wonder when & where the employee is. Their employee turnover rate is very high as well.
