This is my second conception using the Ava bracelet. First conception was almost 3 years ago, I bought the bracelet after almost 2 years of trying and after only 1.5 cycles using Ava - my daughter just celebrated her second birthday. Ava has helped us conceive again with #3. Prayers for a healthy pregnancy! I can’t recommend this product enough to anyone TTC, especially those with history of miscarriage or anxiety about conceiving.

I thought the bracelet was fairly easy to use and the readings seemed to be accurate/ reliable however the app does not actually make any “predictions” and only bases your fertile window off of cycle length so unless your periods are clockwork regular the predictions will be wildly inaccurate (at least in my case). I ended up using the temperature readings and putting them into fertility friend every day which is obviously a pain but ff actually takes your data into account and updates in real time as opposed to Ava which is static.

Ava is so wildly overpriced for both the quality and functionality that it's a borderline scam. Does it track multiple biosigns? Yes. Does it give you any real tools or insights to understand what those signs mean outside of a topline one-sheet about the general readings? No. No daily analysis of your readings beyond basic observations such as "Your temperature has gone up 3 days in a row;" Wonderful - what should I infer from this? No idea. There is little to no help in understanding trends and in addition to this, the articles shared on the dashboard would make a buzzfeed editor cringe with the clickbait headlines ("Too much or too little weight gain can hurt your pregnancy!") and terrible stock photos. What an absolute waste of what appears to be very good and important research. Whomever is handling the UX for this technology did not count on the wearer to be educated, curious or able to handle data analysis which is bizarre given that scientific research is the primary selling point. It's a glorified period tracker that can't even stay charged for more than 24 hours and the "gentle vibration" to wake you is as if they stored a tiny chainsaw inside the hideously cheap reader. This bracelet is fine if you want the earliest possible conception window but I did not find this data to be any different from traditional advice from my OB or Fertility Awareness method after 6 months of use. Ave is an absolute nightmare if you have any kind of anxiety over unknown signs or symptoms, a desire for more information or an interest in high quality wearable technology. It comes nowhere close to other wearables on the market for health and fitness in terms of quality relative to price point. Ava has the overwhelming sensation of being talked to by a person at a party who has never been or tried to be pregnant but fancies themselves an authority on the matter and spouts ominous headlines at you. Save your money, buy an ovulation kit and don't look back.

I got pregnant on the first month using AVA!! So happy!!

We became pregnant during my second cycle using Ava!! We were very thrilled and thankful to have an app that guided us through our baby making process. I also really liked the articles they share as they help me stay informed about pregnancies! We are only 4.5 weeks pregnant today. I plan to continue wearing Ava to help monitor our pregnancy journey. Once I switched to pregnancy mode, I noticed the body temperature and resting pulse rates are no longer monitored... I wonder why that’s so. I would think those are still important to monitor?.. But other than that, so far so good! Thank you Ava for helping our dreams come true!!

Ava has been great. Literally the first month I have been using it, I realised that I had been incorrectly predicting my ovulation. Less than one full cycle later it seems and I just got a positive pregnancy test! I love all the insights and its amazing to see how outside factors effect my overall health.
