This bracelet was a good investment for…
This bracelet was a good investment for someone that wants to take charge of their fertility without a bunch of hassle e.g. OPKs and temping. I feel it provided very accurate information within a short period of time. I was able to get pregnant twice with it, though the first pregnancy ended in an early miscarriage. I don't plan to wear the watch while I am pregnant because having so much information will cause me mlre anxiety after having had a miscarriage, but I do think it's a great tool foe the ttc phase.

Ava helped me prevent a pregnancy and conceive when I was ready
Ava helped me prevent a pregnancy for a whole year while I was preparing for a surgery on my hip and then recovering from that surgery. I had started spotting in between cycles on the pill and my obgyn said it was because I had been on it for too long. So I came across ava when I was looking for an easier way to track my basal body temperature because I couldn't remember to manually take my temperature every morning. Then 4 months ago I wanted to get pregnant. I could just feel my body saying it was time. I got pregnant once in the first month and had a chemical pregnancy. Then I skipped a month and tried the next two months. I got my big fat positive yesterday. Thank you ava for giving me more insight into my cycles. Ava actually moved my ovulation day this last cycle and think that's the day I got pregnant but I will never know exactly what day it was since sperm lives for 5 days in the body!

However, in the meantime, we need to reiterate that this is something we're very interested in offering in the future but for now, Ava Fertility isn't approved for use as a method of birth control. This thing is works
I started wearing Ava about 5 months before my husband and I started trying to conceive. We started trying last month based on Ava's recommendations and I just found out I am pregnant. If you want to increase your odds of conceiving by leveraging real-time data points, there is no question Ava is second to none! It was so easy to use and does all the data collecting for you.

4 years of TTC with Ava
When I finally got pregnant after using Ava for 4 years (IVF) my chart looked no different than any other month. I really expected to see some change in any parameter but it didn’t detect it.
