Nach 6 Monaten schwanger!
Ich habe das Ava Armband während 6 Monaten jede Nacht getragen. Es hat von Anfang an, sehr gut funktioniert. Einziger Nachteil war für mich, dass ich mich damit sehr unter Druck gesetzt habe! Ich dachte, wir hatten mehrmals Sex während den fruchtbaren Tagen, dann sollte doch das sofort klappen. Hat es aber nicht!

Dealing with infertility is hard
Dealing with infertility is hard, it was nice to have all of this data at your fingertips with the Ava app. I have Pcos and it was defiantly frustrating watching long cycles or seeing trends be a roller coaster but it gave me a feeling of control.

No response from customer service
I reached out to customer service on 6/5/2020...it says I should hear a response in 24 hours...today is 6/17/2020...Still Nothing!! I used Ava 1 month, it read and synced 24 days with no problem, but didn’t read during my 2 days leading up to ovulation, I moved it about a 1.5 inches up from my wrist, it started reading again. It noted a biphasic pattern. We did get pregnant this month, but I’m not sure if it was because of them or not. I changed the app into pregnancy mode, and now it doesn’t show my heartbeat or temperature anymore. This is what I reached out to them about, just asking a question, just say something! I just spent $300 with you! I’m very disappointed in this. I wanted to keep track of these 2 things during my pregnancy. I was going to switch back into TTC mode, but it wants you to chose a reason why. I feel uncomfortable choosing miscarriage, because I’ve had one before, and I don’t want to put that into the universe. Not sure if it would work properly anyhow, since I’m not having a cycle at the moment. I’m considering just getting rid of it, and buying a Fitbit to help me during the rest of this journey.

I had higher expectations
I've been using Ava for over a year with 1 failed pregnancy. As of today I'm on my 3rd pregnancy (which we're hoping is successful). I really think Ava is great for a better understanding of your cycle but in all honesty-- My husband and I found it the bracelet MORE successful when paired with fertility treatment by a doctor rather than stand alone. After 1 year of use the quality declined. I'd like to continue using it but we'll see how it goes. However: I've had issues with the bracelet tending to need to re-sync frequently and it takes FOREVER when I'm already in bed ready to wear it. Also I've woken up some mornings and get a "ERROR" after syncing and all data is lost. AGAIN -- this is only after 1 year of use. In the 1st year I loved this bracelet when if I wasn't having a lot of success with TTC.

Versuch ist es wert...
Ich war lange skeptisch, ob sich diese Investition wirklich lohnt, aber hatte dann das Gefühl "nichts mehr zu verlieren" und wollte alle Möglichkeiten vor einer KiWu-Klinik ausschöpfen. Ava misst verschiedene Parameter und erkennt ein zweiphasiges Zyklusmuster (hohe Wahrscheinlichkeit für Eisprung). Interessant war, dass erst drei volle Tage nach einem positiven Ovu ein Eisprung von Ava erkannt wurde, der mit den Parametern übereinstimmte. Wir hatten deshalb auch zu etwas anderen Zeiten ein Herzchen gesetzt als die Zyklen davor. Und schon nach diesem einen Zyklus mit Ava durfte ich positiv testen - ein unfassbares Gefühl nach 10 Monaten Wartezeit.
