Love the app even without the watch…
Love the app even without the watch (not available at the moment), the app helped me understand and plan my cycle better and is full of d’actes checked relevant information.

Great data, terrible wristband
Super helpful to have all these data points tracked while you sleep. Was able to get a good picture of my cycle in only two cycles. The wristband is flimsy and uncomfortable. It broke very quickly and fell off in the night. I ended up making my own soft fabric wristband and it’s way better.

They didn’t stand by the product and refused to replace my broken strap on my bracelet.

Good product, Improvable quality, really bad customer service
The product itself is really great. Reliable, intuitive, easy to use and provides exciting insights. Unfortunately, the strap breaks quickly. I have been using Ava for around 6 years and have already had to order a replacement strap 4 times. Unfortunately, I can't say anything good about the customer support either. I had to replace the strap once again beginning of this year. Since my first message to the customer support in April 2023, for every following email I have not received a reply from them for weeks or even months (!). Not even when I asked several times. When I did receive a reply, it was very short only saying that there's no replacement in stock. No advice, no support, no further information, no discount or anything. I have not been able to use my bracelet since April 2023, I have not been helped and haven't even received any information on what to do nor have I been offered a discount for the months of trouble. In my opinion that is absolutely not customer-friendly. Even though the product is really great, I will no longer recommend Ava. Customer care is at least as important as customer acquisition. From my point of view, they have a lot of catching up to do here.

Wenn ich mich nur auf das Ava Armand…
Wenn ich mich nur auf das Ava Armand verlassen hätte, wäre ich nicht Schwanger geworden. Von drei Zyklen an denen ich es getragen habe, hat Ava 0x den Eisprung richtig bestimmt. Im ersten Zyklus erkannte das Band nicht, dass ich überhaupt keinen Eisprung hatte. Normalerweise dauern meine Zyklen zwischen 25 und 29 Tage, diesen Zyklus plötzlich fast 40 Tage und immer wieder Temperatur rauf und runter, trotzdem wurde der ES bestätigt. Zweiten Zyklus war ich dann positiv überrascht weil Ava schon in den ersten Tagen erkannt hat, dass mein Eisprung diesen Monat später ist, lag dann nur einen Tag daneben und dritten Zyklus wo ich letztendlich schwanger wurde komplett daneben. Mein Eisprung war ganze 4 Tage eher als Ava bestimmt hat 🙈. Meiner Meinung nach ist es keinesfalls das Geld wert!
