I absolutely love the Ava Bracelet. I have been using for about 3 years now (original) watch and have loved the accuracy. My watch did die out a couple months back, after about 2 years, but Ava support replaced and the whole process was super easy and quick! Ava has helped so much with taking out the guessing game and helped narrow into our fertile window!

I love this bracelet.

My husband and I were trying to conceive for about 9 months when we decided to purchase Ava. Within two cycles after purchasing I became pregnant. Unfortunately, that ended in a missed miscarriage. I am now on month 8 of using Ava and just learned I am pregnant again.

My watch quit working within a month of purchasing. There is no phone number to contact AVA and this is their email response. Terrible customer service, shocking for the price of this bracelet. To verify, aside from the lack of vibration, does the green bottom light still turn on when you wear your Ava? Do you happen to see a solid pink on the top while charging? If you do, kindly unpair&re-pair with the app for several times with the steps below: - Open Ava app > More > My Ava bracelet > Unpair Ava > turn on your phone's Bluetooth and WiFi > plug your Ava off the charger and then plug it back in > pair directly to the Ava app. ​ If you encounter any error message upon pairing, kindly send me a screenshot. And kindly check if you are able to unpair&re-pair with the app when it's unplugged? This allows us to verify if there is a battery issue with your Ava. May I also know how long do you usually charge your Ava and did you wear it right after unplugged?-Please make sure to charge your bracelet daily, for at least 3-4 hours prior to bedtime (leaving bracelet unplugged for more than two hours before its use may affect its battery lifespan) At times when the green light does not immediately turn on, this to be due mostly to the fact that the Ava is not yet detecting the minimum required temperature for it to start recording data. Please try the following: Plug your Ava into power then plug out. Hold the Ava pod between both palms, slightly rubbing it and shaking it up - this will make the sensors, which are very sensitive, re-adapt to your skin temperature and get ready to record data by turning the solid underneath light on. Bear in mind that this might take up to 5 minutes. If indeed you have tried and the green bottom light still won't turn on, kindly provide the following: (1) a picture of the top light of your Ava (while on the charger) (2) after the Ava is being charged for at least 4 hours above, a picture where your Ava placed on your wrist, slightly lifting the underside of the sensor where the green light is visible if the sensor is activated by skin contact. (sometimes it may take up to 5 mins) I am so sorry for this many questions and requests, but I would like both to provide you with enough information as well as to gather the most important ones, all so that I could help you in a most effective way possible.Looking forward to your reply! Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Ava, einfache Anwendung, nur in der Nacht tragen, und übersichtliche Darstellung im App. Würde es sofort weiterempfehlen! Da ich nun schwanger bin habe ich in den ‚schwanger-Modus‘ gewechselt & freue mich auf spannende Hintergrundinformationen zur Schwangerschaft! Schade kann Ava aufgrund der Parameter die SS nicht selbst erkennen.

Overall a good product. Just disappointed that the app will not sync on my phone, but will on my IPad. Good thing I own an IPad, just not as conveint.
