A fantastic experience for a Manhattan family moving Upstate.
Such a pleasant experience. The excellent communication standard began from the first inquiry. We felt informed during the quoting process without any sales pressure. The proudly maintained ‘venetian red’ moving truck rolled up to our Manhattan apartment on time and without fuss. The friendly and well bonded team had two speciality crews within it. One focusing on heavier and dismantling, and the other working on the minutiae. Things like medicine cabinets and our 3 year old daughter’s doll house were handled with grace and precision. The apartment was left empty and in great condition. The team drove upstate to our new house and found us with ease. We opted for the additional unpacking cost as well and it probably saved the healthy marriage between my wife and I. Like a harmonious union of attentive and muscular elves, our new home was unpacked in good time and any key instructions followed to the t. The team wrapped up all the boxes and packing tape in the back of their truck, leaving behind only a happily moved family, their possessions in the right place and the abundance of time to enjoy the rest of their earthy lives together.
