I’ve tried all 3 of their coatings and believe they are now suffering fromn some serious quality control issues. The Armor Shield IV was great a few years ago so I recently decided to try their MAX and GOAT. I am not impressed with either product and find them lacking in quality. Trying to communicate with the CO is difficult and they shut down at any hint their may be an issue with the product. Also, I suggest reading the AK Terms and Conditions before making a purchase, it’s very enlightening.

Made an order and waited for 14 days for it. After an emails ping pong they refunded just the products without custom taxes and transportation that I've paid. Bottom line for me: lost US$40, waited 14 days( they said delivery will take 3-10days) and got nothing. When asking for full refund, they have stopped answering. Bad, bad experience with Avalon king...never again. Later update..after another few emails I've received the rest of the money back..

Great product let down by appalling customer service , I have been waiting for an order for almost 3 months and the standard answer is that it’s awaiting dispatch or the query needs escalating to a manager (who never responds) unfortunately only option is to wait longer or raise a PayPal dispute Would advise to avoid this company Update, after 3 months of being told the order was awaiting dispatch then being told a stock clearance item was on back order ! the order had has now been cancelled with “Dale” blaming the shippers. The only things this company demonstrates is dishonesty and incompetence

Placed my order on 6th March. Today, 22nd April I still can't get any clear detail from their bot on when my order will be delivered. This is ridiculous. When you email them, you get an instant bot answer... "I’ve checked the status of your order #, and I see that it is currently waiting to be shipped. We have received your order and are working on getting it shipped out as soon as possible. You will receive an email confirmation once it ships, which will include the tracking information." Even when I ask to provide some kind of indicative date, their bot will not be drawn on it. So disappointing, although I am sure they are enjoying my money all this time. I can no longer recommend this company.

Hi, i had gotten the ceramic coating applied just 1 year ago and the coating has already failed leading to swirl marks, ceramic coating was installed by a professional detailer that has applied many other coatings to cars in the past and referred to your documentation. The car would have only be washed using pH neutral car shampoo that would have been ceramic safe. This is very disappointing and will never be using your product again as cost quite a bit for paint correction that I now need to pay for twice.

Paid for 2 day shipping, today is the 5th day and still don't have my order. Been trying to get Avalon King to contact UPS to change it so I can pick it up in order to make an appointment this afternoon with a customer to coat their car, but all the company keeps doing is deflecting responsibility with no help. Now I am asking for a refund of the 2 day shipping since it's been 5 days. We will see if the are a stand up company or not. I ordered Saturday,it's now Thursday. The rep I have been talking to said that since the order was placed on Monday with UPS, they made it happen within 2 days so it falls within the 2 day shipping I paid for, although I spike with UPS and they said the 2 day shipping wasn't paid for till Tuesday. Not really sure what that has to do with 2 day shipping, I paid for 2 day shipping so that the items would arrive at my door within 2 days not so that the shipping would be paid for within 2 days. This is the 1st time dealing with Avalon King and I am not having a good experience.

I have received an email offer (Black Friday) from them to buy 1 set of 3 for $99.00 USD which was equaling app. $151.00 Australian dollars according to current conversion rate. I always use PayPal for my purchases and they do conversion. I have also checked official rate and there was only few cents difference. However, as I added them to shopping cart, price displayed was $174.00 AUD. When I questioned this, Dale from Avalon King replied that they can't do anything to change as they use "Shopify" for conversion rate. This is first time I have experienced something like this. If you see advertised price it should be this. Right? For me this is misleading of international buyers from Avalon King and they should be more transparent and let us know that advertised price is actually not valid for international buyers. By the way, I have bough previously from them and at that time everything was spot on. So, until this is sorted, I won't be ordering from them anymore.

When I placed my order online and took the bait to buy more coating their website double charged me. I tired to correct the error but the website wouldn't allow changes. I contacted customer support online (Dale) and he just said return whatever you don't want for a refund. AvalonKing is basically a marketing company and could care less about your experience or issues. I made a huge mistake because I was pissed that I had to work for my refund. Dale's email said to return the the product for a refund, so I immediately returned everything, totaling $200. My claim was disputed because I didn't follow their return policy. They take the money and the product is dropped shipped from someone else. The don't even list a phone number for support. I made the mistake of not following the return policy which I agree I didn't, Dale's email didn't even mention it. So don't expect much help. I returned the product to the shipping address and informed AK online but they disputed the claim and wouldn't even look into the problem. Oh well! My loss. Not sure how good the product is, but I can tell you better watch out for what you buy from their website. I attempted a couple times to work out the problem with them online, but nope. No effort, or care on their part. So with those customers with a 5 star review? But I can testify that their customer care support sucks! They're located in Wyoming and I really expected more from them. I'm a car buff and have shared my experience with friends and told them to buy local and from trusted websites.
