This is the worst customer service I have EVER encountered. I have been told for several days that my light bar has shipped, yet when I try to track it with the number provided, NO RECORD. Earlier today I received an email saying the packaged had been delivered to the shipper. However, by the end of the day, still NO tracking information based on the number I was given. It only indicated that a label was created. Cancelled the order this afternoon and filed a report with my credit card company based on possible scam. I would give this review a ZERO, but it does not allow you to do so. Very sad people like this are in business!

ok so here's the deal with auxbeam. now im pretty good with electronics ect ive been doing it my whole life. im into trucks/cars ect and lighting is a big thing i love to do. so ive bought like 4 lights from auxbeam. one being headlights that are alright but nothing special. also a lightbar thats just a generic lightbar, a 4 piece rock light kit that i have had literally nothing but issues with from like day 1, and finally some pod lights that are terrible, a candle is brighter. first issue all their products are cheap Chinese junk. if you look at pictures of their stuff you will notice it looks like every other cheap Chinese lighting product. second issue as another person said in a review this company is not based in the US, if you have ever noticed when you order something from them it says do you want it shipped from the US warehouse or the china warehouse. obviously everyone picks US who wants to wait 3 weeks. but EVERYTIME it will come from china. third issue and the biggest. they have the worst customer service you will literally ever encounter. for one the phone number doesn't even work, so you have to use the chat. now with the chat because they are in china they dont reply to you until about 2-3am because of the time zone difference. on top of that none of them speak good English, you can barely make out their sentences. they will ask you nonstop for pictures and videos ect and its never high enough quality or some other dumb reason they want another one. so they keep asking stupid questions like if you have never even seen a aftermarket light in your life. they just beat around the bush over and over and over until you just give up and take the lose. not to mention it takes them hours in between questions to even reply to a simple question. for anyone of you that actually read all this DO NOT BUY FROM AUXBEAM. you will have nothing but issues trust me. they are one of the worst companies ive ever dealt with and reading the reviews on this website its pretty obvious im not the only one that has had problems. take your money else ware and get a good product.

Only Half of Bulb Illuminates Purchased on eBay from Motorbana FS-2 Type 880 Hi/Lo Fog lights. Only two wires on the bulbs. So lo and behold only one side of each bulb illuminates. This is after i had to modify the bulb to fit. As though its listed as an 880 it does not fit my 880 socket in my fog light as shipped. I contacted Auxbeam directly on their website and asked them if its normal for only one side to light up. They couldnt tell me! Said since they cant look up my order they cannot tell me if the bulb is workign correctly. Seriously? You're the frikin MANUFACTURER!!!! You should know if I give you the model number HOW the bulb should operate. SMH. So i contact the seller on eBay and I ask the same question. If the bulb should only light up on one side. ZERO response. Instead, they just send me a return shipping label. I unfortunately previously purchased a set of 9006 bulbs for my headlights from them on Amazon. I dont have much faith they will last very long. What a horrible way to treat your customers! I wont be making any more Auxcrap purchases in the future like I had planned.

Careful with their shipping policy. I paid shipping costs when I bought the item from their webpage. When the item arrived in our country, I was charged a different delivery cost by FeDEx, which I didn't indicate, and it cost more than the initial shipping charge. This is the first time I was charged double for shipping plus add ons. Now the item cost 3x more than value.

One light worked from the u.s. the other one came from China and the halo didn't work. I was like whatever. Then 2 out of the 3 lights of the low beam went out. Tried to get a new one bad customer service.

Normally i dont leave bad reviews but i am truly unhappy with the customer service from this company and since i research reviews before purchasing online i felt i should share mine. I bought led lights 9005, 9006, and h10 fog lights. The low beams and the fog lights never arrived. I informed them that the products were not delivered and they asked me to take a picture to prove it. Take a picture of what? Plus i was not refunded. They got me for roughly 50$. I recommend you buy your product elsewhere.

Ordered a 52” 300W ledbar On arrival i noticed the enclosed wire harness not to be up to the job ( something that can easily be verified on the internet) After long email exchange they would send me another one, which arrived after weeks Turned out to be exactly the same product, so history repeated itself. After tedious discussion decided to check the electrical values . Turns out the unit is only 200W instead of the alleged 300W Again endless discussion including who to pay for return shipment Finally im to send it to another buyer which makes me liable for fraud given specs and actually product Not sure i can trust the refund and shipping costs to happen as promised after all experience Customer service in total silence, no response anymore

If I could give a zero I would. My husband bought me brand new fog lights, low beams, and highs for Christmas and they suck. The fog lights stopped working after 2 weeks and the low beam started flashing/twitching a 3.5 months and died at 4 months. Contacted them and they said I am SOL. So I ordered another set of different headlights on May 7th, and I still have not received them. They keep sending me a dead tracking number and it’s supposedly been sitting in New York since May 27th. After numerous emails back and forth I finally ask to refund my money and then give me another tracking number that shows a more updated status. I don’t have a functioning headlight so I can’t keep waiting around. It’s been over two months and I understand with COVID it slowed a lot of things down, but I have received tons of packages from all over with an extended wait time... not 2 months. I will never ever do any business, nor recommend auxbeam ever again. Awful company and product.
