I have the 8 gang RGB switch panel and it’s worked beautifully since I had it installed. I recently went to mount it differently and realized the shop never gave me back the bracket I need. After searching everywhere I decided to reach out to auxbeam customer service and they have been so great about replying and are going to send me what I need to mount it! Wow. Don’t expect this level of customer service! It’s so rare these days! They have me as a customer for life!

Excellent customer service. Ordered a pair of P4 series lights and wanted to hook them up to a AS 400 switch panel. Wasn't sure what all I needed to keep as far as wiring for the lights. They sent an explanation along with a picture of where to cut the wiring harness.

I recently had an issue with a set of Auxbeam lights that stopped working, but I have to say, their customer service was exceptional. After reaching out to explain the problem, they handled the situation quickly and professionally, ultimately refunding me the full amount I had paid. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that truly stands behind their products and values their customers. I’ll definitely consider Auxbeam for future purchases!

Amazing company.

I had a problem with one of my bulbs, I contacted the customer service staff and after sending a couple of images of my problem, Auxbeam sent me a pair of new bulbs. Excellent service! Regards
