They shouldn’t get one star. Have made many purchases. Site says light was compatible. Even confirmed with them per email. Lights are not comparable. Have been attempting over a week to return. Constant back in forth emails with them trying to negotiate return. They offered to give me $10 and that I can gift the lights to a friend. No one ever answers the phone. Have requested to speak to supervisor, no luck. Finally get return number from them and they want me to ship it back to China, not the US warehouse. Two of the 3 items I ordered came from the US warehouse. The worst customer service. I have never wrote a bad review, but experience was so horrible here we are. Give your money to a company that cares about their customers.

Absolutely terrible company. DO NOT contact their customer service they will somehow never answer your question or help you at all. They sent lights with absolutely no instructions on how to make them fit or install them. It claims to fit any year and model of a Ram truck but that’s not true obviously since every year and/or model are different. They sent a blank video that would never open to claim those are instructions and it’s my fault I cannot see them. I asked how to return them and they offered me a whole $10 back and said give them to a friend… I said no I don’t want these lights at all they are too cheap and don’t fit and they want photos AND “good” videos showing exactly why they don’t fit while continuing to not give any instruction to fix this situation. Look at the rating and reviews and understand if you get anything they sell to work you’re extremely lucky.

Ordered headlights for my truck and they were delivered to wrong address. Company and PayPal did nothing to resolve issue. If I had realized they were a Chinese company would have never ordered. Now I have no headlights and still on the hook for $120. Would have no stars if it was possible. Would not recommend.

The worst customer service I have ever worked with. Would never use them or tell anyone else to go through them. Lots of false advertising and false hope when you try shipping stuff back. They say 30 day free returns and money back guarantee. Well thats bull****. They DNT stand behind it.

Thes bulbs do not fit into light socket. H11 were sloppy, I think the canbus and wiring wedged against the heat sink are what holds them in. The 9005 will not turn to lock into socket. One 9005 quit working about 5 sconds after I hooked it up. These bulbs are a total waste of time and money. Please don't frustrate yourself like I did. Take you business elsewhere.

Got an 21"ledbar from them but after a short time the led diodes went blue so the light was realy bad and got eaten up cause of the blue purple collor. No help to get from them. Offered to buy spare parts and solder it in my self but they only sell complete lights. Should have shipped me a new one. But thats a no go...

0 Stars. I bought an item over two weeks ago. Haven't heard a word since. I sent an email trying to get tracking information with no reply. I tried calling and nothing. The number they have on their site is NO GOOD and doesn't even work. I paid through PayPal and have to wait 180 days to get my money back. I would definitely not recommend these guys at all. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Worst customer service. After some inconsistent things in their online check out (first red flag--expedited shipping offered but unable to choose it), I decided to make the purchase, WITHOUT a phone number in the personal profile and it allowed me to do that. I received a confirmation via email. I wrote to them asking about the expedited shipping option, and asked why I was unable to choose it, then asked how long would shipping take and will I be getting a tracking number. They replied saying there was no expedited shipping since it was coming from "US warehouse" (second red flag) and because I didn't provide a phone number, they weren't going to ship it! WOW! I told them I get plenty of items shipped to me without a phone number, I get confirmations via email without any issue from other vendors, and if this was a problem I would cancel my order. Well, I didn't have to follow through with that threat, their reply was -"Phone number are needed for arranging shipment, since you don't have the phone number, we are unable to send you the goods now. Order canceled, refund sent and takes 5-10days to appear on your statement." I will never do business with this company nor recommend it to anyone. The website has bugs in it, grammar in their emails and website indicate English is not their first language, different items offered on their Amazon page than their website. And by other reviews, I'm not the only one with a poor experience with their customer service. Very unprofessional.
