I bought a set of pod lights, and had a little trouble with them. I talked to costumer service and they were very helpful. They ended up sending me a new pair of pods because it turns out lights weren’t functioning properly. They got a great customer service!

I had an issue with a purchase of headlights from Auxbeam on my 2013 Honda Ridgeline and Auxbeam quickly sent me a replacement set of headlights and decoders that solve the problem no more flickering no more dimming and the headlights are absolutely extraordinary. Lights up all the back roads in my neighborhood. They have excellent customer service.

I recently purchased the F35 series 9005s and although they were easy to install and much better than the original bulbs, I ran into an issue where the fan for heat dissipation on one of the LED bulbs was creating a abnormal loud hum. After reaching out to customer service (who was very and I mean VERY quick to respond) they walked me through some tips and in the end it turned out to be a defect. They are now sending me a complementary replacement for the defected LED bulb and I am so happy! This company’s quality of service is unmatched by any other, and I’m so glad I made my purchase with them. I will very much purchase from them again in the future!
