One of the headlights went out after 3 months of service I keep calling customer service and no one ever answers the phone to see how I can get it replaced under their warranty

DO NOT BUY. I bought a set of lights from them. The keeper that holds the lights in to the housing came apart leaving the peace stuck in my headlight housing resulting in the bulb falling out of the housing while driving. When I emailed them trying to get a refund they kept suggesting sending the parts fix the lights and offered to send replacement lights. But I don’t not trust their product anymore. Who is to say it won’t happen with the new set and be stuck where ever they break. Very unprofessional if you ask me. I would want the product back to figure out why it happened and to resolve the issue from happing with other customers. 3 days of no response to my emails. I guess I’ll take the loss and throw them away. Once again DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Bought a light bar and it appeared to be good quality. Haven't installed it yet because I've been trying to get missing brackets. The only way to communicate with Auxbeam is via email. They are in China and response times are next day at best. Originally I was told I had not ordered the right configuration but there is only one. After they found out i knew that, they wanted to pay for the bracket. I actually did that out of frustration hoping that would expedite what should have come with the original package. Bad assumption! After waiting and waiting, i asked for a tracking number. They eventually responded with a "tracking number" for a Chinese shipper. When I was able to get the right website, naturally the tracking number was invalid. Went through this cycle of getting a new tracking number 2 more times. It became very apparent that i was being lied to, no other way to say it. I finally filed a complaint with Amex and 2-3 weeks later received an anonymous packet with brackets that are crap. Still don't know if the product even works Wish i could rate them a zero! Buyer beware!

They send me the wrong item and no one will answer the phone or an email. Stay away from these guys. Total ripoff!!!

Grandson ordered a pair of H7 replacement LED's. one failed out of the box. Their recommended test was performed and pics sent back. been fighting this for a month now. One light worked fine. Evidently a Chinese business when they respond at 2 a.m. Don't waste your money. Crappy product and no customer service at all. they don't answer contact phone number. Add it to their other ways of screwing with the American people as creating COVID. Buy American !

I purchased the 7 inch pro off road lights after returning the 3 inch pod lights for being defective. These lights came with amber covers but the covers do not work if the lights are pointed down slightly. The bracket gets in the way. I understand these lights are half the price of my KC lights but I believe I would have received what I wanted if I purchased more KC lights instead of these auxbeams. Just my opinion

Order the set for my truck. Four lights three out of the four were bad. Then emailing them to try and get the situation straightened out. I am getting nowhere. I guess I'm just out $100. Don't buy from them
