Had an issue with faulty headlights that I ordered from Aux Beam. Without hesitation they replaced my faulty headlight. Great customer service. I will order again from them when I need new headlights.

I have custom outfitted a Jeep Wrangler and Overland Camping trailer with several of your lights and the AR800 Switchpod. These include a light bar, 2 amber A Pillar Lights, side lights under the Roof Rack, under lights and backup lights. Everything has worked great, however I did have challenges with the switchpod which caused the lights to glow dimly. Customer service was more than helpful and offered to replace the unit free of charge. I really value that the company is interested in creating long term relationships and is willing to stand by their product. Will definitely buy more lights for other projects in the future. I both some head lights and thay where pretty good but one of the bulbs was not working will so I contacted there customer support and thay was really nice and helpme solve the problem. Thay also quickly answered all my questions and concerns.

Love the headlights I received. 1 headlight burnt out after a few months, emailed customer service and got a response quickly. All they needed was a short video to warranty out the headlights. Dorthy was great to email and deal with. Great product and great customer service

I purchased a set of LED low beam light bulbs due to the fact the stock lighting is so dim on the model car I have it is unusable and frankly dangerous. I watched a few review videos for led lighting and Auxbeam wad on the top tier as far as performance and output. I was attempting to install the new bulbs and since they are quite a bit larger I couldn't figure out how to get them secured. That's because I tried installing them without first reading the installation guide. It clearly stated you need to remove a "Buckle" and insert it into the housing first. There's even a notation that says "don't drop the buckle into the light assembly" Well I did just that. I had emailed Auxbeam support as to what I was doing wrong prior to reading the manual and in less than 12 hrs they got back to me with what I was doing wrong. I mentioned I dropped the buckle into the housing and again they quickly replied and even offered to ship me a set of buckles. I finally got them install and all I can say is WOW! I can see the road 100 times better then before. I'm thinking I'm going the replace the high beam bulbs as well. Great product, Great customer service...

The customer support is phenomenal, very friendly and fast responding. The bulbs I've purchased have worked well, solid and well manufactured. I had a warranty issue with one of my bulbs and they had me a replacement within days.
