AutzuReviews of autzu.com

Such a worst experience of my life dealing with this company only few members work and they dont even bother to ever reply on emails. This company does have a another sister company Green share drive which can ruin your credit without even telling you so please beware guys your future is on stake since you cant do anything without a good credit in canada. Mediaatautzu.com and investorsataytzu.com never replies back!!!! I have been waiting for months noww to answer my simple question if the file was closed already 2 years back why did they hit my credit with derogatory comments….

This is the worst company to rent cars in toronto, the cars are busted damaged, parts missing, Rims are un balanced with so much damage on them the car rattles at 90 kph and the tires were bald... the list is Long with these guys they don't help u in the app which barely works and the never have a free agent..... DONT USE THAT CRAP COMPANY ITS A CLOWN CAR OF INCIMPETENCY, THEY WINT GIVE U A SUPERVUSOR NOT REFUND.. ITS UTTER BS.... THEY DNT HAVE MAJNTENACE NOR CLEAN UP, THEY THREATEN U IF U MAKE A FALSE DECLARSTION ON THE CAR THEY WILL CHARGE U 30 BUCKS.... WASTE OF MONEY,

They had issues before But now the customer service is always available . A bit expesive but if you book ahead you get better prices .

Great experience renting a Tesla from Autzu! easy to pick up, and drove perfectly. The whole process was smooth and hassle free. I would definitely rent from them again.

The booking is easy, but sometimes the cars aren’t there or they are not in the best shape. For what it is, it’s a great rental with no deposits.

Amazing service ! Great customer service and helpful agents whenever you need help are available 24/7 through phone and chat
