AutumnookReviews of autumnook.com

This is an absolute scam and any reviews on here more than 1 star are fake. Like many other customers here I saw the ads on instagram and didn’t do my homework before ordering. They advertise nice looking clothing with good materials but what they send you is cheap Chinese crap, poor materials, horribly made, with cheap printing. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered two shirts that were "linen blends." They're practically plastic. I requested a return within their 7 day policy window. They've been jerking me around for a couple of weeks now. First they offered a 5% refund and I could keep the shirts. Next, 10%. Then it was $15. (The shirts were $22.99 each.) Now, I've been told I can accept a 50% refund and keep the shirts, or send them back to China myself. No return address has been provided. I'm currently looking for their business address. The return address on the package was someone named "Ian" located in York, NY. Beware of this company. Dishonest business practices.

I love linen and had to have the top seen on Instagram, which led me to buy some more! I’m a weak woman 😂😂
