First time on autumnook so had few glitches navigating the process. Overall was ok

Probably the worst product I have ever bought in my entire life. I had to wait 2 weeks for it to arrive, I had to assemble it myself, arrived with broken parts, there were no instructions and the figures didn't fit the space that was there to glue them to. The actual product is much smaller than advertised and is just a complete waste of money.

Easy to proceed

I ordered three items totaling $63.15 and provided my credit card details. This amount has already been authorized by my bank, yet you tell me I haven't completed payment. Secondly, there is a second charge to my card for $11.15 which I did not authorize. I have already contacted my bank had had this charge blocked. Now I have the inconvenience of having my card cancelled and a new one issued.
