It really took forever to get this product to me! Only after numerous reach outs by myself did I eventually get my order. If I didn't investigate and applied some pressure, who knows how long it would've taken! Please, when you advertise products like this make notice that says " Will take several weeks to ship"! You clearly did not have this in stock.

Ordering was relatively easy. I received the FedEx shipping confirmation the day it arrived, so the actual delivery was quicker than the update. However I received a defective product that I would have returned had I not needed it for this timely repair. Customer service was rather indifferent and offered an insulting 10% off of my next purchase citing “tight margins”.
