Got a call from Golan stating that they had only 3 wheels instead of four!!! Yet, they sell 4 wheels on their site. First, s/he offered the 3 wheels (perhaps s/he drives a 3-wheeled car) Later, s/he offered 4 different wheels instead but no confirmation of whether the wheels are available and nothing about the ETA. I cancelled my order because of suspicious business practices. They are just a broker who use this money to gain daily interest. THIS UNTRUSTFUL BUSINESS charged my CC twice $5,700 and sent an email that they are reimbursing $150! STAY AWAY! I am filing fraud and deceitful business practice charges against them in LA County!

Extremely disappointed with Autotalent. They had absolutely no idea what my car needed. I have a 2009 mercedes s63 amg. Naturally aspirated, set up with long tube headers, 200 cell high flow cats, downpipes and valvetronic exhaust. I was forthcoming with Golan From the start and told him EXACTLY what my car had and what it needed to be properly tuned. In fact, what i really needed was a stage 2 tune. Despite my transparency, they sell me a handheld tuner(stage 0 or stage 1) which was meant for a stock setup, not a modified one like mine. There was no possible way a stage 0 or stage 1 handheld tuner could possibly account for the vast increase in airflow from the long tube headers, let alone compensate for the increase in volumetric efficiency. I paid 1600.00 dollars for the worse tune I ever had! I even tried to be the bigger person and said I would settle for a store credit but I never heard back from them after that. I felt ghosted. Tried calling them many times and they stopped picking up the phone. Still no email response to date. Do not buy from these people at Autotalent. Sometimes the price of doing business is admitting you were in the wrong and realizing the customer was right and has a say in the matter at hand as well. Now im stuck with a tune that caused my check engine light to go off every few miles, putting the car into limp mode! What do they expect me to do now? Maybe they expect me to absorb the financial loss or in their own words, "bite it"!

I tried to buy a Renntech ECU for my MB Sprinter, but AutoTalent lost it in shipment and has failed to send a replacement. $1182.60 paid for nothing. Ordered on November 29th 2025, and still nothing. Their useless customer support says I need to keep waning. of course, now it is well beyond 60 days for the credit card chargeback and they have defrauded me of $1182.60. They keep saying that "weather issues" are holding up my order??? I am not an idiot, but guess I am since I let it go this long and now I will never get my Renntech nor my money. I would not trust these scammers with anything.

I don't even know where to start, but I've been patient but turn turnaround time is awful. If you are a distributor of a product have some way to contact them without 2/3 day delay. It's ridiculous

Miscommunicated thought they canceled the whole order apparently only did a partial cancellation so I ended up buying the parts elsewhere received the items and now they’re charging me a 25% restocking fee.

Had a problem with the item I ordered but Autotalent maintained excellent communication. Addendum: had to open a credit card dispute to get the refund that was due, excellent communication but NO action

Im not getting refund yet, even after the week since an order has been cancelled.

Package was never delivered. I filed a police report and they won't help at all. This is a 3rd party seller. No customer service they don't respond to emails. Plz take your business elsewhere.
