I normally do not pay any attention to ads on Facebook but with AutoStar Transport, I am glad I did! I went directly to their website and inquired about shipping my car from Raleigh, NC to San Juan, Puerto Rico as I had already moved but desperately needed my car living in a remote area. Valerie was the angel that handled my case and she was patient and caring. She made sure she calmed every single one of my wild and crazy nerves while going through the process. She answered every question I had quickly and even answered me while she was out of the office! When my car arrived at the port, I had to handle some serious red tape with the tax office. AutoStar Transport cannot assist with that part but Valerie still answered me when I updated her on any paperwork that I might need. I highly recommend the patient, professional and empathetic team at AutoStar Transport! Thank you so much!
