They were very professional and were there every step of the way. Mike Velez who helped me at AutoStar was EXCELLENT and so was the driver, Wally that pulled up in the rig.. He delivered the car when he said he would and it was in perfect condition‼️I recommend them 💯

I had a wonderful experience with this transport company from start to finish! We recently needed to transport our SUV from Atlanta, GA, to Boise, ID, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our transporter, Anderson, was incredibly friendly and provided amazing communication throughout the entire process. From the initial booking to the delivery, Anderson kept us informed every step of the way, which really put my mind at ease. I had previously dealt with a transport company that turned out to be a scam, so I was understandably cautious. However, this company restored my faith in vehicle transport services. The entire process was seamless and hassle-free. Anderson handled everything professionally, ensuring that our SUV arrived safely and on time. It was evident that he genuinely cared about his work and the customers he served. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable transport services. They truly made the experience easy and stress-free!

The communication with Mike
The communication with Mike, and Autostar through entire process was great, very thorough! My GPS location given for pickup in San juan was a lil off, I had to walk a lil bit to where vehicle was, but all good. The paperwork was ready and easy pickup. Great job!

Excellent Customer Service
My car was delivered before the set time. Also they had called and messaged me for any updates about the status of my order. They have an excellent customer service.
