Shipping time is wayyyyy off

Steer clear, questionable quality (think "Dollar Store") and they give you the runaround on returns, you will have to refund their "Free shipping" and pay to return, negates the value of returning in the first palce.

My part never arrived and no update from customer service. Stay away from this site.

The part I bought i think was faulty. Orings didnt hold up very long. Didnt even last 2 Mos. I had a mechanic install the part. I even emailed Customer Service. Explained what was going on since there's a 3 yr warranty. I have heard nothing from them. Very Disappointed.

Received incorrect/non-working part and they said it was my personal problem when I tried to get a refund.

I ordered a rack/pinion assembly fit for my 2003 Sequoia Toyota. Per the mechanic, the part was collapsed and defective. I reached out to Autoround and through numerous emails-me sending in documentation from the mechanic- sending in photos; they finally agreed to refund the money for the part, however I am responsible for the shipping. Per their guidelines and policy, if a part is defective, they will pay for your shipping. They refused to do this. Be aware if you purchase their product, they do not stand behind their product and don't follow their own guidelines for returns. I will never use them again.
