Their customer service is worse than one star. I called to cancel before the 30 days because I realized that my vehicle has lifetime coverage. Everyone I spoke with was rude, talking over me, yelling, demeaning, patronizing; they earned so many other epithets, there's not enough space to list them. Get the point. Eventually agreed to refund my deposit when I said that if they don't, I'll call my bank. This exchange left me with a terrible realization of dishonesty. I can only imagine the disputes when it comes time to use the services they're promising.
