Both representatives were very professional and polite. They made me feel comfortable and confident about my decision. They both listened and explained the policy to me and also spoke very clear for me to understand. They made sure I was comfortable with my payments before processing the payment. They made sure I receive the best plan for my high mileage.

Great customer service!
Anthony and Greg were both kind, patient and gracious enough to get me a better quote than what was offered at first. Great customer service, now I am able to rest assured that if an emergency comes up, I will have financial help when needed.

I appreciate how Todd took the moment…
I appreciate how Todd took the moment to explain in detail what is covered by this policy. I appreciate how he gave me a call back when the phone hung up I lost service several times and he contacted me right back several times until we was able to establish a full connection that was very appreciated because it is very aggravating and frustrating having to explain or speak to a whole new Agent at times so that was extremely helpful and appreciated
