I was misled even though I said we had…
I was misled even though I said we had purchased an extended policy for our new car with our car dealer and Brenden sold me a new policy with your company while giving me the impression it was something I needed to do to activate the policy we had already Ready purchased. I tried to call back and was goven customer service and was on the line for quite a while until I got another salesman on the line who said I had to talk to customer service but they went home at five. Two hours previously. I want to cancel this policy with Auto Protect USA

I called to get my car protection set…
I called to get my car protection set up and it was quick, easy, and efficient. Customer service was immaculate, very friendly and very helpful. All and any questions were answered and I was very satisfied with my experience.
