What a great experience I had working with Rod from Autopia to lease a Volvo XC90. He located the exact car I wanted and arranged a great deal. He was very easy to connect with and very responsive. All the numbers and payments were what he said with no hidden fees or expenses. It was the most efficient and pleasurable car leasing experience I ever had. I’d definitely recommend using Autopia!

I worked with Brad and leased a Hyundai Tucson. Brad was very helpful and responsive and the whole process took about 20 minutes. The car was delivered to my home 2 days later!

Received an offer through Truecar.com for a car at Autopia. We made an appointment to see the car a day later. We drove over an hour to the "dealership." As we walked to the salesperson's desk, he asked about financing. I told him we had our own. He then gave me the "cash" price of the car, which was $4500 more. I controlled my laughter and said "no way!" That was strike one. He took us to the car to look at and to test drive. It was not ready. It was behind a few cars, filthy, and the interior smelled like it hadn't been opened in months. Strike two. Then he couldn't start the car. STRIKE THREE! We told him forget it and walked away. No attempt was made by anyone to ask us what was wrong or if there was anything they could do. We didn't even get a follow up call. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Go to Project One Autos in Carlstadt, NJ. No pressure, no hidden fees and a great bunch of cars to chose from.

We do not sell any used cars nor do we have a profile on Truecar. We are only in the new car leasing business at autopia.com.

As an administrator for my Better Benefits, a charitable not-for-profit that was approached by Autopia to participate in promoting their program, I have been extremely disappointed by the failure of the management team, or for that matter anyone, at Autopia to communicate with us. We feel that our organization's goodwill was damaged by this organization. We also work with another big player in this field, TrueCar. And we have had nothing but good responses and trustworthy communications from TrueCar.

I did not buy a car through Autopia. Autopia approached our not-for-profit association to promote their services to our membership. We dealt with the founders and senior management of Autopia. While the promises and activity were great for about one month, communication and sharing of info. ceased after that. We chased them for almost a year with no results. I cannot say anything good about this organization or the people who run it. They are just passing along information that you can find elsewhere (TrueCar, etc.). No need to use Autopia and fund the bankrolls of people who are not forthcoming.

My account was shifted to them when my previous leasing company sold out. I then move companies and they closed down my account without notifying me. It has taken over 2 months to try and get my credit back of $1500. When they finally transferred the money they short changed me $337 and claim they gave me the right amount despite giving me a balance spreadsheet which proved they had short changed me. The communication is terrible often ignoring multiple emails and being very slow to respond. If you are looking for a company to cover your leasing. I suggest looking elsewhere.

We are an auto broker at autopia.com. It appears you have us mixed up with another company. Please withdraw this review and leave it at the correct company’s review site. Thank you
