We purchased a brand new car through an autopia preferred dealer that arrived damaged. The car yard had been difficult, so we went to autopia assuming they would step in since the agreement is ultimately with them. They have ignored multiple attempts at contact. We would never use them again and highly recommend you look at other leasing companies. This has been going on for over a year.

This company attempts to scam all functions of the lease policy. I have been with them a year. Every quarter they attempt to manipulate the payment for electricity and you spend three weeks explaining the bill. They are not pro rating all the fees (maintenance, tyres, EV Charge, rego) correctly which leads them to increase your weekly payment to create a buffer in your account. I am now trying to transfer the lease between my old employer and new employer … a complete nightmare over the last two months and they want a $600 fee to transfer … they are un responsive and a complete scam. I am passing to the bank and looking to return the car and lease. STAY AWAY.

The worst experience! They take money out of your pay without asking first. Then when you reach out to organise a plan to increase mileage they don't action it!!! Edit - they wrote a comment saying they don't sell used cars? I'm not talking about used cars. I am talking about novated leasing which is what you do. If you could get someone to respond to the urgent phone call and email I sent after you took $3k from my pay unauthorised as fast as you responded to this, that would be great.

We don’t sell used cars or arrange for payments - Can you please double check the website of the dealership where you bought your and please remove this review as it was left in error You just responded that it was about Novated leases which we also don’t do (we are based in the USA) and I suspect what you are referring to is happening in a foreign country?
