Same thing. I've been waiting 2 weeks to return an alternator core. They refuse to answer me. Thought I was getting a great deal But without the core refund I might as well have went to the dealer and payed there overinflated price for brand new

They have agreed to address my concerns. That turned out to be a lie. How is this company still in business? 8 days ago I sent an email to ask details about core returns. No response after numerous attempts to contact them. Informed CS that I would cancel and return my order if they didn't have the courtesy to reply to me. Sent a return form to the company. 6 days of unanswered emails, unanswered phone calls and being disconnected from chat once they realize that I didn't want to make a purchase but that I had a complaint. On the 7th day I was contacted after threatening to go on social media. Here it is the 8th day and 30+ emails promising to refund my money but my bank account is still empty. Their strategy is to stall and delay until the customer gets so fed up that they finally just walk away from the whole mess. You can see that in some of the other reviews. I used Rockauto a few time but I got greedy and tried to save a couple of bucks and here I am. Big mistake on my part. They may accuse me of affiliation with Rock auto or of writing a a fake review. Not the case. I am just a frustrated and extremely angry ex-customer who doesn't appreciate being scammed. To add insult to injury they sent me an invalid discount coupon. Too much. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere, anywhere else than autopartsway.ca

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. DONT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID. I placed an order headlight lenses for my BMW. I decided to order from these guys because I needed them in hurry. It was supposed to get my order within 2 days, instead it took a week. When it arrived one of the covers was correct, the other was for a completely different car. it was not the same part that I ordered online. I sent them an email explaining this. They replied back by asking for a vin number. After which I did not hear back from them. Ive sent a couple emails since. Its been over a week now. To anyone reading this please. please avoid this company. They look professional but I can assure you youll be unhappy with the service and parts you receive. They have hundreds of negative reviews on multiple different websites. I wish I had done my research in advance

Returns are terrible! Thankfully their customer service for taking information is good, but hope you never have a core or product return. Used to be the only game in town. Now thewrenchmonkey.ca or partsavatar.ca have better prices and service. Goodbye autopartsway.ca you’ve been like a bad relationship.

Ordered part, they gave me an invalid tracking number. RED FLAG. Don't know if he even shipped the item. Should have read the bad reviews, before ordering. Buy your parts from a reputable seller. Stay clear of this place. Update: Got no response to my emails, terrible customer service. Go elsewhere for parts. Found out this company has address on west coast,in Canada, closed NY business, but has an office only address there. Operates from who knows where. This seller has many online complaints, stay away, shop elsewhere.

I ordered 2 wheel cylinders from Autopartsway. The parts were $29.98 plus 99cents plus $19.99 shipping plus $6.62 tax. Totalling $57.58. I emailed them showing they sent the wrong parts. I was refunded $29.98 only. I emailed them again pointing out that I also paid shipped and tax. They refunded $3.89 for tax on the wrong parts only. The shipping and tax was not refunded even though they sent the wrong parts. For the sake of the $22.72 shipping and tax, they would obviously prefer to lose hundreds of dollars in repeat business. I buy auto parts online amounting to up to $1000 yearly. They can keep the $22.72. My money will go to a more honourable parts supplier in the future.

I called in and gave them the vin number for my car to order 2 parts. Both parts took forever and they were wrong. I'm in the military so I couldn't wait for a reshipment so I asked for a refund. I got charged a 20% restocking fee for them sending the wrong part even though I provided all the information. Do not order from this company and they take a month for a refund nor do they answer emails in a timely manner. It normally takes a week to get an email then they had no idea where the part was at in the same box.

Bought a cargo box for my vehicle. Was due to arrive on the 21st November was told through Amazon it was late. Tried contacting the company a couple of times leaving messages without a response. Get a feeling there is really no connection or compassion for their customers by the company. Hence, the reason for the negative review.
