Wanted to know more about the parts - sent them an email through online form - no response. Lady on the phone says the message wasn't received. Sent to their regular email - same stuff. The lady on the phone knows literally nothing about auto parts and can't help you with anything. Utterly terrible

They shipped wrong part. I tried to contact them by e-mail, customer service phone number and chat line..no luck. After 6 days I filed a PayPal claim. Interesting that they then called me at 6 am the next morning saying they would send a return label and pleading for me to discontinue my Pay Pal claim. Waiting for the return label. Very poor service..will not order from them again.

I placed my order March of 2019. And the wrong parts were shipped. Customer service requested that I send pictures of the incorrect parts, which I did. I then had to send the parts back and wait for them to be received before the warehouse sent out the new parts. In total this was a 3 week process. I placed an order with a different site and received my correct parts. I then attempted to cancel the order and was advised that "they just shipped". However the new shipment.never arrived at home home. It's not 3 months later and I have received no refund and very few answers as to when my.order will be refunded. I will never do business this with autopartsway again. Rockauto.com is the only place to get parts

Over s week and o emails no refund as of wet 109 dollars and change and has not been refunded on my canceled order.. Update I did receive my money back in the end

Cancelled ordered after 3 days without giving a reason or even a notification. The only way I knew it was cancelled was PayPal notified me of a refund.

I was shipped the wrong part-their fault, not mine. Called a couple of times for a return label and left a message each time to call me back because no one answers the phone (they don't return your call either). Finally got a return label and they received the package back on 02/11. 2 calls later {again no return calls) I finally got a hold of someone on 02/26 and was assured I would see the refund by 3/1. 3/26 opened a dispute on my credit card because still no refund. Any positive review must have gotten paid because this company is horrible. Their customer service doesn't care and is not very polite. I guess it comes with the job when you work for a company that screws its customers and all you deal with are so many unhappy customers.

Had my order confirmed for shipping Feb 7th. I was later sent an email indicating that my parcel couldn't be delivered to a PO Box, which was fine. I responded to the email with an alternative address......9 f...ing times! I was later received a phone message to call regarding my order, which I did. I was left on hold for half an hour and later disconnected due to the call was going to exceed their operational hours. It's now March 1st, and I still have not received my package, ANYONE who is considering using this vendor should stay away... far far away!

I ordered a steering box from this seller through Amazon on 1/8/19 and haven't received it. They offered a 15% discount (which I haven't received) They offered free shipping (which I haven't received) They claim to have resent the item (which I haven't received). The only thing I have gotten from them is EXCUSES. Their website has no address or location listed. I think this is a "Fake company" scamming people out of their money.
