I ordered 3 parts from them and then removed the to be replaced fuel pump. It did not match the same model that I ordered and I attempted to contact AutopartsWay to resolve the issue before shipping. Chat service was closed and my phone call request (which is an enter your callback number) was never returned. Lastly, you can't cancel the order via the website. The fuel pump shipped before I could make contact. It was received timely but as expected was the wrong model. I started the return request (which is an email submission) process over 2 weeks ago. No response in spite of the 72 hour SLA they provided. I submitted another request this weekend and just followed up with the Chat service. The service representative said "We're busy at the moment". "Leave us your email, and we will contact you as soon as possible". This company has wasted so much of my time. Thankfully my follow-on order at O'Reilly worked perfectly. Save yourself time and frustration, avoid Autopartsway.com.

I ordered and paid for a clutch kit through e-Bay. After a lengthy no response I asked for a tracking number. They responded that I requested a cancellation of the order, a total lie. I eventually got a refund, but I don't think they ever intended to ship the item nor give me a refund unless I complained. Google reviews say Auto Parts Way has more dissatisfied customers than satisfied.

Fraud. Billed my card for un-authorized charges over a year after a one time order was placed. Avoid this dishonest company

They sent the wrong parts, charged me for return shipping and still have not refunded the money four months later.

I would give a 0 if I could!!!!! Ordered part, 2 weeks later there website said order cancelled. Tried calling, after on hold for 10 minutes line just disconnects!!!!! Filed claim with PayPal & they did nothing. Had to spend an hour on phone with credit card company to dispute charge. Numerous emails & calls with no response!!! TOTAL BOGUS WEBSITE

Fraudulent website, claims product is in stock (at their warehouse no less) and then when you ask why it hasn't shipped they cancel your order because they can't get the part. (Part still shows in stock). Deliberately missleading people for monetary gain is fraud. They don't have any warehouses as they fraudulently claim.

They sent parts for the wrong engine and then won’t return emails for me to return the parts. Do not trust them and use Partsavatar instead. These guys are 1 step up from a scam.
