Before I placed an order I contacted live chat to confirm pricing and discount availability. The chat rep assured me that I could redeem my 'rewards' but when the order came through I was charged more than the agreed upon amount. When I contacted them again they told me they couldn't honor their word. I returned the part, and obtained it at a better price through another source. I've since cancelled my account and will never shop with this retailer again.

Wouldn't refund a part that was guaranteed to fit and had an unlimited milage warranty when it wouldn't fit on my car.

What a nightmare... Never again. Customer service provides no service to the customer! A big waste of time and money.

I ordered front shocks for 95 Chev Suburban K1500 4WD and received struts for some kind of very small vehicle. All of the above information my Chev was included on the web page when I order the shocks and yet they send the wrong part. Auto parts warehouse refunded the money for the wrong shocks no problem. However they would not refund my $20 in return shipping costs because they claimed that I did order the correct part. It was their web page yet they claim it was my error. I will never order anything again from APW and you should consider a more reliable supplier for your needs.

Sended wrong parts after one month delivery delay... I order via eBay, "Carfactorsuk" is their name on it, but on the billing you can see "Auto Parts Warehouse". My mistake, because i didn't check on your website first, or so many others advertising the scam... Thank very much to Paypal for the refund under two week :-)

I had ordered parts for my SUV and at check out gave me a total balance of all parts in my cart so I paid the total balance got a text 2 minutes later saying said balance had been deducted from my card.the next day started getting several individual texts for individual parts being deducted from my account yet again called custermer service and they said the total balance was deducted but in holding for some of the parts came from different places I said I understand that but I am being charged for the products individually as well even though I had already paid the full balance they said had to email copy of my card deductions so they can send to accounting department for investigation I will never buy from them again

I ordered a wrong part for my car from them, I found out that only when I physically received it. I tried to ship it back but after no reimbursing the tax, the shipping cost and the handling cost I am supposed to get back only 32$ from my original 64$. Totally upset, stay away from this company as far as you can.

They ordered wrong parts as I had specific name and numbers !! I think they hire dropouts !! called back 10 mins later to let them know that wrong parts were ordered and they said it was too late to cancel !! REALLY !! They sent them and I received them 7 days later !! wow !! how fast !! then called them to get them to return and pick up and they told me that they were not going to charge me for returning them !! Really !! how nice of them since they were putting me out !! this company is a BIG JOKE !! Don't know how they stay in Business !! Run as fast as you can !!
