There is a reason the parts are so cheap I guess. Ordered a part Monday afternoon, shipped that following Tuesday. I was under the impression it would be here by the end of the week, seeing it claims to be same day shipping (even though it wasn't). Waited until Friday, still no part, got on FedEx to track it, won't be here until Monday. I can't drive on snow covered roads without windshield wipers (which is a part I ordered to fix) and now I'm stuck another 3 days without a vehicle because I apparently had to dig to find the information versus being told during checkout. The sales rep I talked to even agreed that it should be posted at checkout. When addressed about the problem, no resolutions were even attempted or anything to make up for the wasted time. I would have gladly paid the extra $15 and ordered from Amazon where shipment is GUARANTEED 2 days! Should NOT take an entire week to get a part that weighs 5 lbs!

They canceled my order because it was out of stock.They did not refund my awards points.Will deal with them a again.

I’ve ordered catalytic converters, brakes and rotors, and cold air intakes from Auto Parts Warehouse. They have yet to send the right items ordered on most instances. When I contacted their customer service department, the rep. - questioned why I didn’t call sooner, this was a day after the wrong item was received. He was no help and APW can’t seem to get it right. I won’t order again.

bought windshield wipers for my sl 550 when i try to put them on , one did not fit , i express my disappointement via email and never got a responses , i have been ordering parts from you guys for a long time , i am very disappointed

True scammers. Bought a lightbulb for my car by selecting year, make, model on their site but it did not fit. Then they blame me that it was my fault I chose orderd the wrong product. SCAM!!!

I had reached a agreement for return shipping on a order I ordered wrong with the representative. Then when it was time to send it back they did not honor their agreement. If I had known that they were not going to honor the agreement. I could have refused the shipment. I was asked not to refuse by the Rep or it would take longer to get a refund. I would recommend the product, but not the company.

I recently placed an order with these guys from Australia for an item to be shipped to my reshipper. I placed the order tand had a heap of trouble created an order where you could seee they incorporated my suite no in the address it seems these guys dont like tricjky shipping addreses. Anyway eventually got it nailed so went thru and paid by paypal. A few minutes after this I got the usual paypal email confirmation plus an order confirmnation from the website, but then I got another paypal paynet confirmation. Wat I say, so I called them yes these guys offer 24 hours customer support awesome you say well yes if the people actually were able to help with anything. Anyway I explained to the guy I have been billed twice he found two orders in the system as it was many hours before they would open the warehouse he put in a request to cancel the order, so I thgought all good its hours before the whateouse opnes this is all one company all AOK. But no see this company does not communicate internally too well nor do they use computer systems that talk to each other either that or thewy really are scamming foir money. The next DAY I get an meial saying sorry we couldnt stop sending you two sets of the same brake pads because we didnt have time to stop it. What you had like 12 Plus hours.. what century is this and why offer 24 hr customer support. Ok so now 3 days later (by the way I styll havnt received anything althou when I placed the order Im paid for one day shipping) they have suggested I nget the bozos at MYUS to print off a fedex label stick it on the correct package of brake pads that has to be returned then get them to write on it in a big c=red market the RMA no... whaaattt they know these wnet to a reshipper how do they think I am going to get MYUS to do that and will they pay their charge to do it NO. Seriously stay away from these guys they have so far taken up hours of my time in emails and thej call to thweir 24hr support, they dont understand whats happening and clearly are disfunctional internally using disfuntional system wuth one aim in ming take YOUR MONEY!! iF THEY DO FIND A WAY TO FIX THIS LIKE CREDITING THE MONEY THEY TOOK I WILL UPDATE THIS BUT I THINK THEY LIKE OTHER PEOPLES MONEY TOO MUCH!! STILL YOU NEVER KNOW. Oh and by the way they will of course respond to this as they do and they wil;l have all sorts of weasel words and excuses! Dont Beleive It!

Totally unacceptable customer service .... no sorry ... there is No customer service. I feel like talking to a robot when communicating with their LiveChat. Again and again they give you the copy/paste answers that lead to no solution. Never! Why does the company even bother running this livechat option? Spare your time and mental health - stay away from this company. They carry pretty good brands but the hastle of trying to make the purchase is not wurth the time or money.
