Great shipping. Parts weren't exactly the right fit, but they did what I needed them to. Good prices, also.

in november of 2017 i purchased a high milage vehicle and i knew i would have to pay for things that brake down. i needed a third brake light and i priced it at a local auto parts store. i got quotes as high as 250.00, but my son suggested to go line and see whats up. i happened onto you guys web site ,and your price was about 80 dollars cheaper. the sales rep was helpful and courteous, and you guys shipped it to me so fast, that it came before the part that my son tried to surprise me with. so i told him to ship it back and get a refund. you guys are the best. i soon ordered a driver side lower control arm and again, helpful courteous service and quick delivery. auto parts warehouse rules. thanks.

I have had two claims for received damaged body parts. Both times settled promptly and was reshipped replacement part with no additional charge.

Customer advocate team Maria, has resolved my concerns with satisfactory results. I did receive my discount after speaking with her. Thank you. Customer service is not the best, they never took care of my discount, even when I had the points available. I will start buying my parts some where else. Why even offer the points.

APW was introduced to me by a friend. Since my first purchase, I've been hooked. The experience is quite hassle free throughout the purchase life cycle. Even though the dash cover didn't perfectly fit. However, I still don't get all parts for my 2009 Lexus ES350. Its understandable though. Secondly, I'd wish direct shipment to Africa were possible. Thirdly, I'd like to find out if a car part franchise/collaboration with APW were possible on a corporate online platform. Your last shipment was quite timely.
