I have used APW frequently in the past. I was amazed at the ease of returning a couple of wrong items!

I order a pair of the Stabilus Nissan Xterra Lift Supports to replace the old one that had worn out which put me in danger of getting hit in the head by the hatch door falling on me which does hurt a lot. The product was shipped quickly and more importantly were a perfect fit, so installation was quick. I talked to one of the customer service people on line just to make sure and it was a go, so I am really happy to have the full use of Nissan Xterra back.

Item was shipped quick with no damage. Nothing but good to say. Thank you.
