The radiator worked fine, the fan control did not and to complete the job I went to the dealer and paid more of course, and lost out on the useless $50 part you sent. Thank you for asking. Would you like it back? I would like my $50 back.

The hose I ordered was pictured and described as an assembly.. Two hoses joined together for transmission cooler lines.. A competitor was 20 bucks less showing the hoses individually so I order here. And what I got was one hose. I explained it to them and gave them the opportunity to fix it and they very easily understood my confusion as they had to call ACDelco to get clarrification themselves. I was issured an RA and the product will go back tomorrow. I was able to have a local hose manufacturer make them up much less expensive. It cost me 1 week down time. Pleased with the fact that they understood and fixed my dilema. Not pleased with the product.

2nd purchase of door handles and last . Product is very cheap plastic and doesn't hold up. Installed brand new one out of box and broke during the installation,very bad product

I ordered the part I needed for my truck 3 weeks ago and I call them and nobody knows were it is...... very unsatisfied!!

I placed an order for a pair of tires, those came within 3 business days, no problem. Found out I needed two more, ordered those on January 6th and nothing came, no tracking number - called on January 10th and was told the ordered was cancelled because they ASSUMED it was a duplicate - OK, I can understand that, order was replaced and still the same BS. I cancelled the order because I went somewhere else and purchased 4 tires to put on my car ...... waiting 3 days for an authorization number to return the pair that I received .................... UNBELIEVABLE.
