The engine that we purchased was fairly clean but when we got it put in the car the mechanic informed us that they stripped the engine incorrectly and they had took off parts that werent suppose to be off luckily he just took the pieces off of the old engine & put them on the one we purchased. For $652.00 it was alright.

The transaction was good but wrong part was sent to me. Had to do a lot of work on part to make it work.

Glad they had the part, it took a while to receive the part and even then I did not receive much update about it. Tried to contact my sales rep and it just rang and rang. The part was not the right color which I know is not a guarantee but it should not be in the product description when purchasing which is a little deceiving. All in all the part worked for me, had to paint but it worked.

The bushings that I ordered even though thru the VIN # of my car, once I got them were not the ones for my car

Never spoke to a person to verify the purchase nor the delivery it just arrived unnanounced. It was correct but too much drama for the cost.

I bought an airbag for a '96 Mazda, described as in good condition. The process was slow: 6 days from order to shipping, then another week when they determined it had to use HAZMAT procedures; 18 days total from order to delivery. When it arrived, it was well packed but was dirty and had light rust on the metal, like it had been installed in a car with no windows and exposed to weather. At best, I'd say "fair condition." An interior, electro-mechanical part, for $160 in "good" condition shouldn't cause me to doubt the quality. They reduced the price due to shipping delays. Yes, it's a hard to find part for an old truck, but maybe a little more accuracy in part descriptions would be helpful.

Called many times and ordered a part and I had ordered it three times before the order was placed correctly.
