HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!
I ordered my motor on 02/27 and u guys sold it after I placed order. When I called to check status your rep Lauren or whoever place an unauthorized order after I hung up. YOU GUYS TOOK THE MONEY ON 03/02... it did not ship out until 03/14. My mechanic now has the part which has multiple OTHER pieces n repairs not specified on the call or on the receipt. I WANT MY MONEY BACK BEFORE U GET THE MOTOR. HOW ABOUT THAT!!! WAIST OF TIME

Let us help You placed your order on 2/27, but we require a VIN Number before we can ship an engine to ensure the accuracy of the engine. We got the VIN # from you on 2/28. We can't hold inventory until we have all the information to process the order, so when we checked (after receiving the VIN) the part was sold out. We sourced another one for you on evening of 3/2, with your permission. The part shipped on the morning of 3/8--three business days later (we don't ship on the weekends). If the part is damaged, you need to call the seller directly at 800-378-7566 (Open Monday-Friday 8-5 pm EST) and reference your order number. Unacceptable service.
Auto Parts Fair sent me wrong part and I can not get ahold of anyone to return it for a refund. I had to file a dispute with my bank. Auto Parts Fair real name is Automotix which has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau.

Thieves!
I ordered an expensive interior door panel on JANUARY 23rd. When it hadn't arrived nearly 2 weeks later, I called customer service. I was informed, that the part was broken when they pulled it. So they agreed to process a refund. That was two weeks ago. So now I've been waiting for a month for a part, with no refund in sight. I will never order from this company again! Update: the response below makes it appear as if yesterday was the first time I've called... it was the 3rd call. When I called last night at 6:05, I was told that the refunds department was closed & that I would have to call back. That's when I decided to give the bad review. MY REVIEW is the only reason action was taken. Period. When the refund actually posts to my account, I will update again. I was promised a refund two weeks ago. Forgive me if I'm skeptical.

Ordering easy, product and customer service horrible
I ordered a sun visor with light feature with no problems. I got the wrong side (even though the label it came with states the correct side, it wasn't). The color was off and here were grease fingerprints all over it. I tried to figure out the return policy and even emailed the company with no success! Terrible customer service!!!!! Won't be ordering parts from here again!

wrong part
They sent the wrong Mercedes audio replacement after I explicitly gave them the exact part number. This is very frustrating and has yet to be resolved.

Worse experience ever
If your looking for non communication and long drawn out experience they're your people .. told 1-2 business days to strip the part and ships 7-10 business days .. after I paid for it I got no conformation IU called after 2weeks the man said he would find out what was going on and call me back ... nothing I called back again and he said they were removing the part today and it should ship tomorrow .. a week later I got my part but it was no good they zap the programming while removing it so 3 weeks and 200$ a total loss . Never do business here again.. and will make it a point to tell others !
