A lot of good with one annoying bad. On the good side; Reasonable price, reasonable shipping, correct part. On the bad side; Part was delivered with a broken bolt where the strut attaches

I wish I could give them four stars because the one item I did get, was fairly priced and arrived pretty quick in the stated condition. However, the fender I ordered couldn't be shipped. I saw the disclaimer on the fender's page originally, but figured they would still be open to shipping it to a commercial location as it stated. I was instantly told over the phone when I called that they would not do this, and they couldn't ship it to a different warehouse internally, and the only way I could get it was to pick it up. They did refund my money for it pretty quickly though, but I wish they would be more transparent about larger items, because if they are not willing to ship it, even for more money, then they should say it is local pickup only. I ended up having one shipped to me from a vendor on ebay...

I think that the prices are fantastic, and the shipping was fast and inexpensive, but the description was a certain color, in a certain condition. I could have bought local with no shipping had I not been concerned about color, but I went with APF so that I could secure a specific color. Apparently, I missed the small print on the website (not sure it is even there), but the part (a hood) arrived in the condition that was described, but a totally different color. I called in and the customer service guy said they can't guarantee color!?!? He told me that even though my sales invoice specified the condition AND the color, that this just meant that they had a whole salvaged vehicle in this color...? He said that means that if the part I wanted on that specific colored vehicle wasn't in the condition I was requesting, that they would get it from another vehicle, but no guarantee on the color. So, my order says a yellow Xterra hood in A-1 condition and I got a grey Xterra hood in A-1 condition. I am not in the industry (just a private party personal owner of my vehicle), so, maybe this is par for the course, but when dealing with laymen, maybe it should be made VERY obvious that you will not get the color you think you will get. The big deal with this is that I now have to spend twice as much as the part cost, to now get it painted the right color. Or, I can drive it 80 miles away and get most of my money back...but then, I can't order another one...because, right, they can't guarantee color. So, I liked this company's ease of ordering (through Amazon!), mostly free shipping, and speed of shipping, but I am bummed that the part is not as described. Again, this could just be the complaining of a non-industry person (and everyone in the industry knows that that is just how it is), but still...

The item I order was only half right, not as presented.

The tan cloth covered sunvisor I ordered arrived and is a perfect fit. It had black handprints and fingermarks on the front and back left by the person who removed it from the donor vehicle. Disappointing and hard to remove the greasy stains.

The visor came in correct color and in good condition, but very disappointed the person taking it out couldn't take the time to wash their hands first. Grease prints all over the visor.

The part worked fine I am just not to impressed with the packaging. The part was sent in a box that was 4 times the size of the part. Only had bubble wrap around the part. On layer thick. So I was really surprised it was not broken. The part would tumble 2 feet in a direction if the box was put the wrong way.

Finding and purchasing my part (a used engine) was easy, however, the part was rated at 5 stars and I received a 3 star part. Photos of the various engines would have helped me choose a better part.
